Four-room apartments (106 sqm)
Living Area: large kitchen and living room with fireplace (ground floor).
Sleeping area: open space with 2 beds + 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (first floor).

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and TV.

Laundry service on request.

Some apartments have a balcony or a panoramic terrace with olive grove / lake view.

- Midweek bed linen change: 10€ per person
- Midweek bath linen change: 10€ per person

Arrivals and departures:

Arrival: from 3pm to 6pm
During high season we accept reservations with departure and arrival only on Saturday.
Late arrivals and departures can be arranged after having forwarded them to the management with the following fees.

Late arrival:
From 6pm to 8pm: Rate 30€
From 8pm to 12pm: Rate 50€

Late check-out:
Until 1pm: 30% of the daily rate
From 2pm to 6pm: 70% of the daily rate
