ECO FRIENDLY THREE-ROOMED apartments (MADE OF WOOD IN 2018 AND ECO-FRIENDLY - sqm 57)

Living Area: Kitchen (electric hob and dishwasher) and living room.

Sleeping area: 2 bedrooms (1 double + 1 twin room) and bathroom with a large shower box.

We also have solutions either on the ground floor or on the first floor (option/availability will be communicated during the booking).

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning in every room, dishwasher, hair-dryer and TV.

Laundry service on request.

Some apartments have a balcony or a panoramic terrace with olive grove / lake view.

- Midweek bed linen change: 10€ per person
- Midweek bath linen change: 10€ per person
- Cradle: 3€ per day

Arrivals and departures:

Arrival: from 3pm to 6pm
During high season we accept reservations with departure and arrival only on Saturday.
Late arrivals and departures can be arranged, after having forwarded them to the management with the following fees.

Late arrival:
From 6pm to 8pm: Rate 30€
From 8pm to 12pm: Rate 50€

Late check out:
Until 1pm: 30% of the daily rate
From 2pm to 6pm: 70% of the daily rate
